1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and xxbb ("xxbb", "the Platform", "We", "Us"), governing your access to and use of the xxbb platform available at xxbb.vu and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Service").

xxbb operates as an online casino and sports betting platform designed exclusively for the Philippine market. All services are provided in Philippine Peso and are accessible to eligible residents of the Republic of the Philippines. The platform offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to: slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting, online bingo, e-Sabong, e-sports wagering, and instant win games.

xxbb reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered xxbb account address or through a prominent notice on the platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a xxbb account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement reflects Philippine law and the regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) governing online gaming activities within the Republic of the Philippines.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of, and physically located within, the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during all gameplay and transaction activity.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Minors and individuals who lack legal capacity are strictly prohibited from registering or using xxbb services.
4. No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether voluntarily initiated through xxbb or imposed by a regulatory authority — at the time of account registration or continued use.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of xxbb, or of any game provider, payment processor, or third-party vendor with a direct operational relationship to xxbb.
6. Identity: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. xxbb reserves the right to verify this information through independent KYC procedures at any time.

4 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered xxbb account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited. xxbb employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xxbb reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonus funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xxbb login credentials, including your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. xxbb will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your xxbb account, you must contact xxbb support immediately.

xxbb requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document — acceptable documents include but are not limited to: UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, SSS ID, and Philippine passport. xxbb may request additional supporting documentation at its reasonable discretion.

5 Deposits & Payments

xxbb accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of supported methods is displayed on the xxbb deposit page.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a third party — including family members — are prohibited. xxbb reserves the right to return such deposits and request alternative payment before processing any associated withdrawal.

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. This may vary by payment method; refer to the xxbb deposit page for method-specific minimums.
2. Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in your xxbb account within 90 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
3. No Deposit Fees: xxbb does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees independent of xxbb. You should verify this with your bank or e-wallet provider.
4. Currency: All funds on the xxbb platform are held and transacted exclusively in Philippine Peso. No foreign currency conversion is performed by xxbb.

xxbb reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on deposits of ₱50,000 or above in a single transaction, or ₱200,000 or above within a 30-day period, in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification is fully completed on your xxbb account. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held pending KYC completion. xxbb is not liable for delays arising from incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation.

1. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal is ₱200.
2. Processing Time — GCash / PayMaya: Average processing time is 5 minutes for verified accounts. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 1 hour.
3. Processing Time — Bank Transfer: Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts during standard banking hours.
4. Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will be credited to the payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. xxbb reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal routing where required by its payment provider agreements.
5. Withdrawal Verification: xxbb may conduct additional identity verification on withdrawal requests at its reasonable discretion, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests that deviate significantly from established account patterns.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

xxbb offers various promotional bonuses to eligible members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty tier rewards. All xxbb bonuses are subject to the following general terms, and the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer.

1. One Bonus Per Member: Each member is entitled to claim each specific xxbb bonus offer once only, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is prohibited.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the bonus offer terms.
3. Eligible Games: Not all games on the xxbb platform may contribute equally — or at all — toward fulfilling a Wagering Requirement. Game contribution percentages are set out in individual bonus terms.
4. Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that remain unclaimed or incomplete after the specified validity period will be automatically removed from the member's xxbb account.
5. Bonus Abuse: xxbb reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or structured wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
6. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise specified in the bonus offer terms, the maximum withdrawal attributable to any single bonus offer is limited to five (5) times the bonus amount. This cap applies to winnings generated directly from bonus funds, not to winnings generated from a member's own deposited funds.

8 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All games available on the xxbb platform — including slot games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, and e-Sabong — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game category, as displayed within the game interface and supplementary help documentation on the platform. These category-specific rules form part of these Terms by reference.

All bets are placed and settled in Philippine Peso. Once a bet has been submitted and confirmed by the xxbb system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the member, except where xxbb's platform provides an explicit Cash Out feature and that feature is exercised before the relevant event concludes.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, xxbb's records and system data shall be the definitive reference. Where a technical error or malfunction occurs during gameplay that could reasonably affect the integrity of a bet outcome, xxbb reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the member's xxbb wallet.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xxbb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, voiding of pending bets, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one xxbb account under any identity, payment method, or device configuration.
• Fraudulent Identity: Providing false, forged, or stolen identity documentation during the xxbb registration or KYC verification process.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use xxbb services while under 21 years of age, or facilitating underage access to xxbb.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage in any game offered on xxbb, including live dealer games and bingo.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal on any legitimate xxbb deposit transaction.
• Software Manipulation: Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with or manipulates the normal operation of xxbb games or services.
• Money Laundering: Using xxbb for the purpose of laundering proceeds of illegal activity. xxbb cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) on all relevant requests.
• Exploitation of Platform Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to obtain funds or advantages not legitimately earned through normal gameplay.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access any xxbb account other than your own, or attempting to breach xxbb's system or network security.

10 Responsible Gaming

xxbb is committed to providing a safe, fair, and entertaining gaming environment. xxbb acknowledges that for a small proportion of individuals, gambling may become problematic. xxbb has implemented the following responsible gaming measures, all of which are accessible directly within your xxbb account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Members may configure maximum session durations and periodic reality check reminders displaying time elapsed and net gain or loss during the current session.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds per game session or per calendar day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may voluntarily exclude themselves from xxbb for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irreversible.
• Account Cooling-Off: A shorter temporary break (24 hours to 30 days) may be initiated from account settings without committing to full self-exclusion.

Per PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines, all forms of online casino and sports betting are restricted to individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. xxbb enforces this age restriction through mandatory KYC verification on all accounts. xxbb supports and cooperates with the PAGCOR responsible gaming framework applicable to Philippine online gaming operators.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

xxbb collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at xxbb.vu/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the xxbb Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during xxbb account registration and KYC verification is used exclusively for the purposes of operating your account, verifying your identity, processing payments, complying with applicable Philippine regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements, and providing customer support. xxbb does not sell your personal data to third parties.

xxbb retains personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with applicable Philippine record-keeping requirements.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the xxbb platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, database structures, and interface designs — is the proprietary intellectual property of xxbb or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the xxbb platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any xxbb content without prior written authorization from xxbb.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, xxbb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the xxbb platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions in service arising from scheduled or emergency platform maintenance;
• Technical failures of third-party payment providers, network operators, or telecommunications infrastructure;
• Decisions based on information displayed on the xxbb platform that may contain typographical or technical errors;
• Gambling losses incurred through your use of xxbb services.

xxbb's total aggregate liability to any member for direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

xxbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any xxbb account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as set out in Section 9;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain the eligibility criteria in Section 3;
• A reasonable basis for suspecting fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity associated with the account;
• A regulatory instruction, court order, or other legal requirement compelling account suspension or closure;
• Completion of a voluntary self-exclusion period where no re-activation request has been submitted.

Upon account closure for cause, xxbb reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all active bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation. Where account closure is determined to be without valid cause, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member through their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their xxbb account may do so by contacting xxbb support through the platform's live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be paid out following completion of applicable KYC verification.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such matters.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or betting settlement, xxbb's platform records and game logs shall serve as the primary and definitive evidentiary reference. Members may submit formal disputes to xxbb via the support contact channel below.

16 Amendments to These Terms

xxbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published at xxbb.vu/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material in nature, xxbb will provide reasonable advance notice to members via email to their registered xxbb account address.

Your continued use of xxbb services after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using xxbb services and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 14.

The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time any dispute arises shall govern the resolution of that dispute, regardless of subsequent amendments.
